As our CRM & Outbound Marketing Specialist, You’ll be the engine behind our lead generation machine – managing CRM, executing outbound campaigns, building databases, researching prospects, and turning cold contacts into warm opportunities. HERE’S WHAT WE’RE REALLY LOOKING FOR:

  • CRM & data pro. You structure, segment, and maintain clean databases. Data hygiene is your craft. You understand ICP, buyer personas, and build targeted lists that convert.
  • Outbound executor. You craft cold emails and LinkedIn messages that get responses. You’re not afraid to reach out, and you know the difference between spam and smart prospecting.
  • Automation builder. You create email sequences and workflows that feel personal at scale. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier – you make them work together seamlessly.
  • Presentation-ready. You can conduct discovery calls, present our offering clearly, and qualify leads before passing them to sales.
  • Research-driven. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter – you find the right contacts, validate emails, and build lists sales teams love.
  • Process documenter. You create playbooks and templates others can follow. You optimize based on open rates, response rates, and conversions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage CRM and maintain data hygiene
  • Research and validate contacts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter
  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows
  • Segment audiences for targeted campaigns
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and present company offering
  • Qualify leads and pass hot prospects to sales team
  • Track metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions) and optimize
  • Prepare materials for discovery calls and demos
  • Document processes and create templates

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE HOPING YOU HAVE:

  • EXPERIENCE in CRM, outbound marketing, or lead generation
  • CRM hands-on – HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce experience
  • Cold outreach proven results – successful email/LinkedIn campaigns with metrics to show
  • Prospecting tools – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter
  • Marketing automation – built workflows and nurture sequences
  • Copywriting – cold messages that get responses, not deletions
  • Data management – cleaning, segmenting, maintaining databases
  • Presentation skills – comfortable on discovery calls with prospects
  • English proficiency – written and spoken
  • Bonus points: Zapier/Make integrations, GDPR knowledge, B2B experience (especially creative services/F&B), understanding of sales processes

What we offer:

  • Salary: 8,000- 11,000 PLN net (B2B) DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE + performance-based bonuses
