As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of our performance marketing strategy, developing and implementing campaigns that align with BITES’ vision and deliver tangible outcomes.

Experience and Professional Superpowers:

    – Possess a Jedi-level understanding of digital marketing channels and best-in-class tactics.
    – Your analytical and problem-solving skills are basically legendary.
    – Fluent in the language of web analytics and ad platform dashboards (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
    – Comfortable wielding data visualization and reporting tools to tell compelling stories with numbers.
    – Tangoed with budgets before and can forecast campaign outcomes with impressive accuracy.
    – HubSpot experience? That’s a definite high-five.
    – SEO? Yeah, you speak that language too.

 

Your Plate Will Include:

  • – Bringing performance marketing strategy to life: developing and managing campaigns across various digital channels, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize ad creatives.
    – Managing campaigns effectively: monitoring KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve ROI.
    – Driving innovation and optimization: constantly seeking new and creative ways to enhance campaign performance and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies.
    – Building strong relationships: working closely with internal teams and communicating effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
