As our Marketing Manager, you’ll coordinate marketing operations across Bites Production Hub – CREATING MARKETING STRATEGIES, managing budgets, overseeing email campaigns, working with performance agency and making sure everything runs smoothly and delivers results.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE REALLY LOOKING FOR:

  • Strategic planner. You ensure all marketing activities have a clear direction, respond to business goals, and are properly prioritized. You think ahead and create plans that actually work.
  • Process organizer. You make marketing operations smooth, transparent, and well-coordinated between brands and teams. You build systems that people actually want to use.
  • Organized coordinator. You’re great at managing multiple projects, keeping calendars in check, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You know how to prioritize and keep teams aligned.
  • Data-comfortable. You’re comfortable with analytics tools (ex. HubSpot, ad platforms) and can pull insights from numbers. You make decisions based on what the data tells you.
  • Agency-savvy. You know how to work with external partners – creating clear briefs, monitoring results, and making sure you’re getting value for money.
  • Process builder. You like creating systems and workflows that make everyone’s job easier. You document things, build templates, and improve processes.
  • Budget-conscious. You’ve managed marketing spend before and know how to track ROI. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets and can forecast reasonably well.
  • Direct marketing knowledge. You understand email marketing, basic automation, and how to segment audiences. You’ve worked with tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Good communicator. You write clear briefs, give useful feedback, and keep everyone in the loop. You’re the person who makes collaboration easier.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Marketing coordination: Plan marketing activities across BITES PRODUCTION HUB BRANDS. Manage marketing calendar and budgets. Create workflows and keep things organized. Coordinate between internal teams and external partners. Prepare reports on what’s working.
  • Direct marketing: Plan email campaigns and newsletters. Oversee audience segmentation and database management. Set up basic marketing automation flows. Create landing pages and materials for campaigns. Track email performance (open rates, clicks).
  • Performance marketing: brief PERFORMANCE AGENCY, review their recommendations, track campaign results. Manage Google Ads for select brands. Monitor lead quality and costs (CPL, ROAS). Report on performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Supporting tasks: Help with employer branding content. Coordinate materials for special projects. Support brand managers & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST when needed.

THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE HOPING YOU HAVE:

  • 2-3 years in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Basic marketing knowledge across digital channels (social, email, paid ads)
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Budget management experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good with data
  • Bonus points: HubSpot experience, SEO knowledge, food/F&B background, multi-brand experience

What we offer:

  • Salary: 10,000- 16,000 PLN net (B2B) DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE + performance-based bonuses
